About Dr. Ray Muzyka

Dr. Ray Muzyka trained originally as a medical doctor, practicing emergency room and rural family medicine full time for two years before transitioning to part time over the next eight years after he co-founded videogame developer BioWare. In 2012, after two decades as CEO of BioWare, he embarked on his third 'career chapter' focused on mentoring and investing in entrepreneurs in technology, new media, medical innovations, and social entrepreneurship via ThresholdImpact (www.thresholdimpact.com). Dr. Muzyka has a BSc and MD from the University of Alberta (1990, 1992), and received his MBA from the University of Western Ontario (Ivey School of Business, 2001).
