Shipping to destinations within Canada and the continental United States

  • Standard (ground) shipping is free for all Canadian and continental United States destinations.
  • All orders originate from our warehouse in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada
  • Customs charges and import fees are standard for international orders and are not included in shipping. These charges will be applied to all continental United States orders as a flat rate of USD $60 per brace at the time of checkout. Customers will not receive any further charges upon delivery.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has shipped.
  • Orders ship via Canada Post or UPS, at the discretion of Spring Loaded Technology
  • Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping to international destinations, outside of the continental United States

  • Shipping to destinations outside of Canada and the continental United States is not available at this time.
  • If you are interested in placing an order but do not reside within our current shipping zone, you are encouraged to contact us. We will notify you when our shipping zones expand.

Returns

Within the 30-day satisfaction guarantee:
  • If the product is returned due to a warranty claim, the shipping cost associated with the product’s return is the responsibility of Spring Loaded Technology.
  • If the product is returned for reasons other than a warranty claim, the shipping cost associated with the product’s return is the responsibility of the customer.
  • A refund will not be issued until the product has been received by Spring Loaded Technology.

Within the product’s warranty period, but outside of the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period:

  • If the product is returned due to a warranty claim, the shipping cost associated with the product’s return is the responsibility of Spring Loaded Technology.

Shipping FAQ

I live in the USA. Why am I being charged $60/brace if shipping is free?
Spring Loaded Technology is pleased to cover the cost of transit for your order to ensure it makes it to you in a safe and timely manner. In addition to the cost of shipping, all international orders (e.g. orders to the United States from Canada) are subject to additional charges, such as import fees, value added taxes (VATs), and customs, at the discretion of U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These fees are collected by the carrier on behalf of U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The customer is responsible for all taxes, customs and brokerage fees levied on their shipment to a total of $60 per brace. Can I track my package?
Of course! A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Can you ship without a signature?
Unfortunately, no. We love our braces, and we want to make sure they make it into your hands! If a home delivery is inconvenient for you, we suggest asking if you can deliver to your office.

My tracking number won’t work!
Be patient! Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours from issuing to go live. If, after 24 hours, it still shows nothing- please send us an email at info@springloadedtech.com.

What if I put my mailing address in wrong?
Shipments that are returned to us due to a wrong address, vacation, or move will require a shipping fee be paid by the customer to re-ship the item.
